White Bourgogne Style Chardonnay
White Bourgogne style using Colmar clone, harvested at less than 2 tons per acre. Primary fermentation, malolactic fermentation and sur lee aging all take place in Bourgogne French Oak barrels. 12 to 14 months in barrique. ESTATE BOTTLED.
Alsatian Style Pinot Gris
Alsatian style. Our Reserve Pinot Gris is harvested at less than 1 ton per acre, then aged in stainless steel tanks sur lee for 12 to 18 months. ESTATE BOTTLED
Austrian Style Riesling
Our Riesling is made in a Trocken style similar to the Austrian Rieslings, also in a Spatlese style with about 2.5% residual sugar. ESTATE BOTTLED
Bordeaux Style Cabernet
Clones 232 and 1, mixed with Petite Verdot, Syrah in the vineyard. Hand-picked. Skin fermented for up to 3 weeks in open st. steel tanks. ESTATE BOTTLED.
