We practice organic viticulture and wine making, sustainable agricultural practices, raise Navajo-Churro sheep, Rhode Island Red chickens and also horses, cats, dogs, cockatiels, parakeets, etc.  Our members and customers usually participate in the winery experience from harvest to bottling.  We are a small "mom & pop" winery specializing in high quality European style wines and we have six acres of tiled vineyard from which we harvest a small yield of exclusive French and German clones of popular grape varietals:  Chardonnay, Riesling, Pinot Gris, Gvertz., Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc, Petite Verdot, Shiraz.  We import highest quality French Oak barrels and Italian stainless steel tanks.  We use only the highest quality German-manufactured wine bottle corks.  Our wines are cellar-worthy and can be aged for many years in a properly designed and climate controlled cellar.  Jim's 30 years of travel and Patti's highly developed clinical expertise have resulted in some of the finest wines in North America.  Let us share them with you.

We use a bladder press to avoid seed tannins and to elimintate potential bitterness in our wines.
